The building is in a great spot and is very, very spacious. Each unit is individually owned and provides some uniqueness to both the units and the details of each lease. The gym is spacious and has everything you would need, and the app you use to access the building allows you to get in without a key. It's one of the quieter apartments as well--I haven't once heard my neighbors.

This studio apartment is huge and in a very quiet building, but a very vibrant part of Nashville, so the city sounds are constant and wonderful. Management is great and it's walking distance to campus. I love the solid walls (I never hear my neighbors), polished concrete floors, updated kitchen, private balcony, rooftop terrace, ground level courtyard with fountain and fireplace, dedicated parking spot, and in-unit washer and dryer. I think a large number of folks who live here are middle aged or seniors, and a lot of them own their units. It's clean and well taken care of, and every neighbor I've met has been great.

This building is is about a 20 min walk to the med center. Location is a great perk. The building is a bit outdated but the units have everything that you would need.

Close to VLS and all the Midtown spots. Spacious and the gym is nice. Management is a little difficult and not a great package system/food delivery etc. Buzzer/Call box doesn't work so you have to go get people individually when they come. Parking garage has assigned spots and you need a FOB to get in, but there are very frequent issues with this and every other month there seems to be some maintenance going on with the garage and the door is left open (not secure). The apartment itself is really nice, in-unit laundry and great appliances but the management and building as a whole leave a lot to be desired.

Very close to VLS. My apt is basically a two bedroom because the office is so large. Walk in closet and kitch island. Two parking spots. Mature crowd of ppl who live here

I love how close it is to school! I have not had any issues while living here.

Each apartment is individually owned so that makes Bristol a little different for each person. In general, all the apartments are pretty spacious, gym has everything you could need, there’s a secure garage with assigned parking, and it feels safe as a young woman living alone! Sometimes management can be slow to fix things in the building and it is an older/less luxurious building than others around the school. But, it you get a good price, this is a great place to live if you’re considering midtown.
