Good value and location
The apartment is good value for the cost. Includes dishwasher and in-unit laundry. About a mile from Cornell Law School. Parking included. Kind of old, but maintenance is pretty responsive to problems. There are some squirrels in the attic.

Great location and price
Hidden gem for housing. It's a bit older, but clean and functional. Good outdoor grass area for BBQ, pets to run, or relax. Close to 2 bus stops (5-10 minute bus ride to campus). Plenty of parking. Quiet area, minimal sound transfer between units.

Good value, lots of bugs
I get a good amount of space for the price, but the location is not great (in woods) and does have a lot of bugs

Best budget friendly place
it is cheap but is not the most modern place, the appliances looks very old

Cheap place with great outdoor space
The place is older, so there are a missing amenities in comparison to the popular mba residences (CTT, Maplewood, and City Center). However, the place has ample outdoor seating, 20 minute walk to sage hall, located along the 30 and 32 bus routes, and is much cheaper. If you are a very social person, this is not the place for you as most of you mba friends will live in the 3 places mentioned above and you will have to figure out Uber’s on your own all the time. If you’re more of a homebody, need a lot of space, or just want to save money then this is the place for you.

Great for families or getting away from the buzz
The apartment is not that far from Cornell (20 min walk to Central Campus), however, most of the buzz is located in Collegetown or the Commons, which is a bit far away (walking distance is about 40-60min plus de uphill and weather when going back home).
It's a great deal for the price and distance from Cornell. Building is a bit old, but is well maintained.
There's a big yard in the back, great for kids and bbq's.

Dated but maintained well
Management is responsive. Quiet neighbors and area. It’s a 30 minute walk to the law school through campus.

Quaint location, close & flat to campus, perfect for pets, quiet
We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the apartment. Large living room and kitchen, one large bedroom, one smaller bedroom, reasonable bathroom. Although near campus and Greek houses, location is tucked back off the road and quiet. There is a large courtyard that's great for outside events or to let our dog play. Walls and floor/ceiling have limited sound transfer. Management is quick on maintenance calls. Downsides are electrical everything (stove, water heater, baseboard heating), one mini-split AC unit in the living room opposite of the bedrooms, limited lights in every room (lamps solve the situation, but are annoying), and slightly older style. There are bus stops with multiple service routes within 2 minutes of my door on Trip Hammer and Upland.
