All around not bad
Good location, decent prices and friendly management. Quality of the building is nothing to write home about but it's good for a budget apartment.

Great location
Building and apartment have everything I need for a single person living alone. They have a gym, coffee machine, community space, Amazon Hub for delivering packages safely, and are pet friendly. I don't have a pet but many people in this building too and there's also a dog park right outside as well.
Only a 20 minute walk to the Minskoff Pavilion and close to many grocery stores, restaurants, bus routes, etc. for easy transportation.

All around not bad
The management team is great, the amenities are good (great internet thats included with rent, decent small gym, study lounge, coffee machine, outdoor pool). I could easily bike to class and Grand River is just a short walk away. The building and apartment units themselves are quite old so it's not the most beautiful place to live but the price sort of makes up for it.

Averagely good
It's nice because the walls are pretty thick so it's not noisy. Parking is meh - it's $35 per month for covered parking. The complex next to us, Red Cedar Flats, is undergoing heavy construction so that has been super annoying - taking up parking spaces and blocking roads/paths etc. They added a dog park which is nice. There's an Amazon hub here so getting packages is really convenient. There's also a really nice espresso machine in the lobby that's free. The gym is ok, very bare bones but the core weight machines and treadmills/ellipticals/bike. Management is really responsive, not so much maintenance. It's not the prettiest building structurally but it's fine for what it's worth. There's a CATA stop across Grand River but no crosswalk or anything so you have to cross on the main road which can be dangerous in peak hours.

Very average
My experience at The Tower has been average. The apartments are dated and don't have the highest quality appliances/carpet/flooring, etc. However, it works just fine as I was not looking for a luxury apartment. The staff/maintenance at this apartment has been frustrating though. I feel like every maintenance request becomes overly complicated for no reason. Some perks of the tower are free coffee in the lobby, on-site gym (nothing special, but basic level stuff), free parking, relatively close to campus (20 min walk). Cons-community laundry, sub-par staff,

The Tower at Campus View
The location is convenient - walkable to business college (20 minutes) and free parking/gym. The management has changed at least 3 times in the 1.5 years I've lived here but the latest property manager has been the most responsive and has done the most for the building. The member lounge is a nice space with a refrigerator, pool table, big screen tv, computers/printers, desks, and furniture.

Perfect for me
I like my studio apartment. It's affordable and enough space for one person. It is not the fanciest or highest end, but you can't beat the price. There is also free coffee in the lobby 24/7, an onsite gym, and free parking.

The Tower Review
The new management company has done a good job of updating the property and providing new community amenities.
