Very Convenient and Comfortable
Woodbridge is super convenient to get to campus via bus, while still being removed enough to have some space and some quiet. I'd say it's a good value for what you are paying. Our townhome is fairly recently remodeled, and many of the appliances are new. That said, it's an older building and you feel that at times. For the most part our neighbors are quiet, but occasionally you get a college party here and there. I'd say there are a lot of grad students that live over in this area, so it's a pretty great spot.

Woodbridge
Woodbridge apartments are well-maintained. The property comes with a tennis ball and pickleball courts. The managers are quick to attend to any issues residents have.

Good and clean
The place is spacious and cleane, bus stop right on the street. Close to college mall. For a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom, the rent is low if you have a roommate. Enough space for parking, and access to gym, tennis amd basketball courts, and pool included

Very Convenient and Comfortable
Woodbridge is maybe a 5-7 minute drive to Kelley and a 10-15 minute bus ride. There is a bus stop right by the property. So it is very convenient to get to and from the business school, and that is a huge help. Lot's of MBA students live here, so there are often carpools going to campus as well. The apartments/townhomes are nice. The buildings are older for sure, but most of the units and appliances are fairly recently remodeled, so I'd say they are pretty nice and comfortable.

Affordable, no bars/restaurants nearby, recently added ameneties
Can be very cheap but if you live on the Woodbridge 1 side you'll have no washer/dryer and be inconvenienced. Their laundromat is expensive and sucks but cheaper than other apartments.
Recently added Pickle ball courts are a hot amenity. They also opened up a small gym with the basics. Both are Woodbridge 2 side. There are a couple pools and tennis court I've never used.
Management has actually been very good and timely with maintenance requests. Surprising since Glick is a mega corporate landlord. No complaints.
There is literally nothing in walking distance so you'll need a car but parking is free here. If having a social life is a priotity and you can justify an extra ~$400/mo it is worth having a better social life living downtown. I got my pricing locked in so low that it wasnt worth moving during my 2nd year. Also it's a pretty quiet apartment and the walls are not too thin. I don't hear my neighbors.
