Good, but on the lower end in Irvine

These apartments are funcional for college students. Not extremely nice or great, but they get the job done. There are pools at the complex which is nice, but in general the kitchens are small, and there are not lights on the ceilings of the rooms.

House quality review

Generally houses in Parkwest are old but mine was refurbished so everything looks new, the community has public laundry room
