Very good

Nice building, relatively new and pet friendly. Heated indoor parking plus extra spots outside in parking lot.

Huge space for average cost

Over 1400 sqft for $2550 without paying extra for parking and not having to pay for gas or water is a steal. Given we have kids, the extra space was vital. Plus it comes with a storage unit.

Few Kellogg students live in the bldg, so to be social we always have to go somewhere else. But we're right by E2, 1717, and the Reserve, so it's rarely a long walk to get anywhere.

No gym, which would be nice.

Fantastic Building But Mostly Owner-Occupied

Really quite, mostly owner-occupied condos. Less than 5 Kellogg students but only 3 mins past E2. Building is well kept and has had common areas recently renovated (i.e. carpet, panting).
