For the price- pretty good
Rent is pretty reasonable considering we get free off-street parking. We only pay for electricity, internet, and gas (which is only used for the stove). They don't allow pets anymore, but we were lucky and got in under the previous owners so my cat is allowed. I have a balcony and a little garden, the street is quiet, and they're responsive to maintenance issues. Also, it takes fifteen minutes max to walk to the law school so thats a plus.
