I love living close to campus so I can walk. A downside if you’re a light sleeper, though, are the frat houses on the same road. They tend to party a lot...

Great privately owned apt
Centrally located, recently updated. Having an owner who is a real person makes contacting your land lord a breeze. Great spot.

Great Apartment
I have no complaints about my apartment. Its walking distance from the business college (approx. 30 mins) and is a great deal considering the price and included utilities. My unit has a good amount of storage for being a very small apartment (4 closets for a 450 sq. ft. unit) and has a very convenient layout. I also have access to fiber-optic internet which has been amazing and having a private landlord vs. a property management company I have had really good experiences when anything has gone wrong. I would highly recommend the apartment.
