Can find better
The property is fine, but the management company (DTN) is not fun to deal with. Also if you're thinking about living here, I'd recommend coming in with a roommate you know, otherwise DTN will put someone in the other room if they can find one. The tradeoff is if they can't you get the whole place to yourself, but the downside is if they do you get my situation where my roommate is a messy undergrad.

I got lucky that COVID kept me from having a roommate (I pay only half the share for the whole unit), because I have all sorts of space and everything works great.
