The worst housing experience I have ever had
I would not recommend that anyone live in CP Cincy. During my time the hallways were never cleaned (even though dogs peed and pooed in the hallways and there were always spilt drinks). We had to move apartment after a flood. We were only able to move after constant arguing with management expressing that living without walls, ceiling tiles, and any flooring was not livable for 5 months. After we eventually all moved into a new apartment (at first they tried to force us to move in with random people and then they magically found an open unit for all of us) we had to complain again because our apartment reeked of cat pee. After enough complaining, they agreed to replace the carpet and then lied and told us the carpets had been replaced when they clearly were not. After continued persistence, they put in hardwood floors and the installers left our apartment in disarray. Overall this nightmare lasted for 2/3 of our lease and only after threatening to take other measures did they agree to compensate for 3 months rent. I would not wish this experience on my worst enemy. If you can find literally anywhere else to live I would do so.

Suitable for a student's needs
My apartment offers a lot of amenities and includes all my utilities for a great price. My apartment is fairly small and has very thin walls but overall it suits my needs fine.

Nice enough but not worth the money
It is only a 20-minute walk to campus and a 7-minute walk to Krogers. However, the management and maintenance teams are not effective. The common areas are not regularly cleaned and the parking garage door is often open. I had to pay for the full rent in August yet could not move in until the 16th to allow them ample time to clean, but I spent a full day cleaning my apartment and found a cigarette bud in my room. While the employees are friendly, I do not receive the level of service and amenities that I pay for. The employees and residents constantly disobey the mask and social distancing guidelines instituted by the apartment complex.

CP Cincy
CP Cincy is honestly a great bang for your buck. It's an all-inclusive, fully furnished, reasonable price for what it is. The apartments themselves are really nice and the staff is incredible. Some downsides: major undergrad vibes. Smells like a dorm all the time, and it's never quiet. I seriously recommend finding some roommates from your class and renting a house off campus instead! I'm spending roughly $250 less per month that way. Good places to look are FB market place and Zillow!
