Walkable and safe!

The apartments are connected to a neighborhood with a brick wall surrounding. It’s downtown so anywhere is walkable! I’ve gone to grizzlies games and walked to Beale street many times. I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else in Memphis!

Great community!

South Bluffs is super safe and the staff is awesome! I have lived at other apartments in the Memphis area but none have been as clean, safe, and serene as South Bluffs!

Incredible Community

I have loved living at South Bluffs from the moment I moved in. The gated community is wonderful, beautiful, and provides easy access to South Downtown. We are Al easy walk to Beale St., FedEx Forum, and all of South Main attractions. There is access to the River Bluff Walk and Tom Lee Park. Our apartment is in good condition, and all interactions with management staff have been wonderful.
