Beekman on Broadway PHASE II NOW LEASING Review
Clean and great place to live

Beekman on Broadway
Really clean / nice apartment, Beekman staff very responsive to any needs (ie broken shade, appliance concern etc), amenities are insane (2 gyms, pool, grill, multiple study/hangout spaces). More of a hotel vibe compared to other apartments but very nice apartments

Looks nice but be careful
Very nice new building, but issues with management and the construction of the building. Extremely thin walls, so you may hear your neighbors, and you can hear a concerning amount in the hallways. Management also seem very disorganized. Gym is nice but lacking heavier weights, and the location is very convenient. Amenities are pretty nice but with rent this high you would expect high quality.

Beekman
Close walk to campus, resident events held monthly by the staff, able to host get togethers for classmates with the pool and grills. It is very expensive, but the only downside.

Great apartment, a little expensive, awesome amenities
The 2 bed 2 bath is perfect for me and my roommate. I use the gym everyday and love the amenities, including the pool and outdoor grill areas. It's also great to be with a lot of other medical students!

Great place
On the pricier side, but the building is new which is nice. It can get fairly noisy at times (work outside, neighbors), but otherwise it has been a great experience.

Management difficult to work with
Management doesn’t value the experience of their residents enough over earning a quick Buck.
Good amenities in terms of the gym and pool. But not worth it overall. The management is extremely difficult to work with and extremely defensive over issues.

Great, with a few downsides
I really like this building.
Pros:
Great amenities
All floorplans make sense and feel spacious
The Kitchen appliances are new
Laundry closet in unit.
The windows are huge and let in a ton of natural sunlight
Heat/Air conditioning units are place at the perfect spot.
Cons:
Depending on what part of the building you are at, it is very easy to hear noise outside, the city picks up trash at 7-8 am, or afternoon naps in the summer are hard if you live poolside.
For the price, I wish that they would have used actual hardwood floors, instead of vinyl plank.

10/10
We really enjoy living here. Management and maintenance response to all our request really fast. They are so nice and always accessible. I dropped my phone under the elevator on new years eve and they immediately send someone to help retrieve it with no extra cost. They are very dog friendly. They have a few apartment with its own private yard which is unique and life saver for pet owners

Really bad - don't live here unless absolutely necessary
The rent includes none of the utilities, you pay way too much for what the apartment is. The maintenance isn't good either. They messed up the installation of my door and I asked multiple times to get it fixed and they just haven't. They charge you to use the movie room and the wifi in the common area downstairs doesn't work 1/2 the time. They scammed a ton of people who wanted to live in phase 2 and made their lives terrible. I don't recommend this place unless you really can't find anywhere else to live.
