Hunters' Ridge Apartments

Good price and the apartments are spacious and beautiful. Walk-in closet for each bedroom, pool, gym, and dog park that is small but a good social hub for dog owners on property. Dog poop bag stations throughout the apartment. Maintenance is VERY responsive (all repairs were < 24 hours). Mostly families and young professionals. Very quiet. Non-smoking property. Far from most attractions in Lawrence but right by K10 entrance. To get to Mass St is about 10-15 minutes.

The apartments are spacious with big windows, beautiful views, balcony, quiet neighborhood, and great management. They are always so quick with work orders, and very helpful. My one complaint is that the apartments are all electric, so we paid about $200 in electricity per month in the winter months. Otherwise, this place is kind of perfect. Sad I have to leave.

For the amount of space, the apartment is very affordable. We have two walk-in closets so there is plenty of storage space for couples moving in together. The space is well kept and maintenance is quick to respond. We are allowed to have two pets, which is nice so my cats are never alone. It definitely feels like it caters to young professionals so there is less worry about college parties late at night. The location makes for an easy commute to both Topeka and Lawrence.

15 minutes away from campus, 10 minutes from Clinton lake, decent gym (a few weight machines, treadmills, free weights, etc), salt water pool, dog park, and clean, non smoking premises. The people are all very nice. Maintenance is fast but not amazing. Nice neighborhood away from downtown but still very close to everything (can get to mass in 15 minutes, grocery stores are literally 2 minutes away). Since rent is a bit more expensive, most of the people here are older (which means quieter neighbors).

Hunters' Ridge is a great place for young professionals. It is very quiet, well-maintained, and includes wonderful amenities such as a large salt water pool, outdoor grills, a tennis court, dog park, gym, and a movie theatre room. The apartments themselves are very spacious and bright and include lots of storage. It is a great place to live!

Great place to live. It’s very quiet and works great as a place to study because there’s a built in desk nook.
