Pretty good
I live in a pretty quiet part of the Links. I can never hear my neighbors to the side, but can generally hear my upstairs neighbors stomping around so be warned

Good location for getting outdoors
The Links has a great location next to Rock Chalk Park if you are someone who likes to spend a lot walking/running/biking. It's also near a Walmart and some of the West Lawrence dining. If you don't have a car or if you want to be closer to campus and downtown, this wouldn't be the best location for you. The complex opened in 2018, so it's new construction and may not be as worn down as some older places. The amenities are all really nice, but I honestly don't use them much.
Management is friendly, but it is part of a large property management company so they generally don't offer much flexibility. The maintenance people are great and usually quick to respond.
In my experience, it's pretty quiet and tends to be a slightly older (i.e. not undergrads) community. I'm on the bottom floor and I never hear my next door neighbors, and the noise from the unit above mine is minimal.

The Links
Most things are good here. However, no one in the management offices wears masks. I also had a mouse get into my 3rd floor apartment. It took management a long time to get pest control out and when they did, they were very unhelpful. They couldn't tell me how it got in and just set out a few more traps. (I had bought a few traps earlier and I'm glad I did because it was over a week before pest control came).

Awesome for the price!
The apartments are rather new and I feel it is very nice for the price you pay. I haven’t had any issues while living here.
