Jessica Landing is a secure place to live that consists of condo/townhomes that students rent from the owner or a property manager. A lot of students live in the gated community. It is quite and right in front of a tigertrail stop.

Jessica’s landing involves 2-4 bedroom condo/townhomes that are rented to students by the owners. It is secured with a motorized entrance gate and a keypad security gate door. There is a pool also.
