Horrible place to live.

Stay as far away as you can!!!!!!!! Lived at ION for too long. Apartment was broken into, and the complex did nothing. The stairways are dirty with trash and vomit. I can’t believe I allowed myself to live in such a squaller. Lesson learned. If I could give ION a negative score I would.

It's ok

It's very loud at night, which makes it hard to get enough sleep. The management doesn't really do anything about it if you complain. But, the apartments themselves are nice and it's in a super convenient location. Overall I don't hate it, but I'll probably move out the first chance I get.

Wouldn't recommend it

The fire alarm goes off at all hours of the night. I have had mice, roaches, gnats, and lizards in my apartment, and management refused to help. The trash rooms have been shut down for several weeks. There are very loud, massive parties outside and on the roof at least once a month, and little to nothing is done about them. There is always trash on the floor and in the stairwells. Little value for expensive rent.

Its bad

The fire alarm goes off every other day when you're trying to sleep. Maintenance takes forever to come. Everyone parties every night making it hard to sleep. The security officer does nothing to help.

Too expensive for what you are getting

This place is honestly a nice and well kept complex. However, the bedrooms are extremely small, walls are super thin, and you can hear everything outside your window. Management is great and super nice. The location is great - I walk to class every day. But the rent is too high and the amenities don't make up for the downfalls.
