Can't beat the location
Aura is safer than most nearby apartments and closer than cheaper apartments in other neighborhoods.

Lots of stealing, little action, just increased prices
A lot of people in my complex have had their tires stolen of their cars. It took them about 5 cars to put in cameras. However, they just started charging $10 for a guest to park because apparently they feel like our tires getting taken doesn’t cost money to replace. I know it is technically nicer than Sabina and Marq but it is too close to the highway. I just don’t recommend it.

Aura32
Like the proximity to campus. Do not like how they are constantly increasing prices by amending our community guidelines. Management system is not the best. Lots of car break-ins and stolen tires.

Aura is a nice place if you can tolerate bad management
Terrible management, a lot of safety concerns with garage break ins, but the apartment is nice

Aura review
Great amenities and living space. It is pricey, but there are great common areas to study in, free coffee, and a pretty good gym. Only a 10-minute walk to the law school.

Decent apartment
Aura Thirty2 was newly built and rented out to most of the residents that newly live here this year. My experience is that the building staff are responsive in person but a bit more difficult to get over the phone. Additionally, the correspondence between tenants and building management can also be tough as well. As far as the actual apartments go, most of them are new so they are pretty decent and most of us who live here got a competitive rate for rent when compared to other parts of Austin.
