Aura Thirty2
Great amenities and location. Management takes a while to respond and there have been many security issues. I suspect prices are also going to go up a lot after the complex's first year

Great apartment but incompetent management
The apartment itself is great - it’s a brand new building with great amenities and a large kitchen (which I love). However, management itself is an issue. They continuously scheduled maintenance during law school finals even though a large portion of residents are students. Additionally, security in the garage has been a huge issue with multiple trucks having their wheels stolen, but management was very slow to do the bare minimum of installing cameras.

Aura
It’s alright. Security is terrible lots of break-ins and theft in the parking garage. Ongoing problem that hasn’t been solved. Nice overall but probably not worth the cost

Unsafe premises and thin walls
The leasing office/management company is extremely unresponsive and not on top of their own policies. There were a series of car thefts and break-ins and the management did basically nothing until residents started posting negative Google reviews.
The walls and floors are incredibly thin. Aside from location proximity to the law school, I do not recommend this property.

Overpriced and undermanaged
You do not get your value's worth at Aura Thirty2. It is overpriced for how bad the management is. There was dog poop in the hallway for a week without anyone cleaning it up. My electrical socket burst and they said it was because of what was plugged in. They do not cater to their residents' needs or requests. Only staying for the gym, pool, and proximity to campus

Aura Thirty2
When I moved in in August 2021 the community was brand new, so they were still working out a lot of issues. There have been a lot of frustrating things happening with management and rent is spendy for sure, but I love my apartment, the amenities, and the location in regard to being close to the law school. I specifically chose the front side of the building to avoid hearing I35 - this is something to keep in mind if you don't like noise!

Great apartment, some safety concerns
The location is amazing and it is the newest (as of November 2021) in the University Park community (Marq/Sabina/Aura— all about a 10 minute walk to the law school). The inside reflects that and has really nice features like beautiful countertops, cabinets and floors. Management is not the best and there have been quite a few parking garage robberies. Overall, I have had a positive experience, though.
