Good for the most part
I enjoy my time here. The apartment has a good deal of space. The neighbors and maintenance workers are mostly nice. Management seems to try their best to help out and keep us informed.
I don't feel unsafe. However, we have had attempted break-ins. As long as you always keep your door locked, you should be fine. There have also been scammers posing as Atlantic City Electric workers who have attempted to steal personal information. This has happened multiple times.
The building does have pest problems. We currently have cockroaches, despite maintaining a relatively clean apartment. We also used to have fruit flies. It is risky keeping any food out.
Exiting the complex can be dangerous: It is always difficult to turn left, and sometimes, you have to turn quickly if you would like to turn at all. Moreover, there are large signs and foliage obscuring the road and sidewalk; you have to pull pretty far forward to see the road, and to do so, you have to pull onto the crosswalk. If you pull on to the crosswalk too quickly, you risk hitting bikers. You cannot see oncoming bikers before you pull on to the crosswalk either.

Nice place to live
Nice place to live but does have pest problems occasionally. Thankfully they pay for the exterminator to come.

Overall satisfied
Overall, I like the apartment. The maintenance workers and neighbors are mostly very nice. There aren’t any substantial issues. There are a couple of minor issues: 1) Pests can be a problem, most notably fruit flies and cockroaches. 2) Leaving the apartment can take awhile, especially when attempting to make a left turn. It can also be dangerous because the combination of trees and a “Residences at Whitehall” sign force you to have to pull very far forward to see the road. You have to pull so far forward that you are on the crosswalk. You have to drive slowly when doing this because bikers use the crosswalk, and you can’t see them coming due to the trees and sign. 3) There’s a couple broken doors and other items in states of disrepair. That said, if anything becomes an issue, the maintenance workers are usually very happy to help

Affordable and close to campus, can get a little noisy though

Great for the price
The apartment location is great and the maintenance team is really great. Rent is paid online and there is a $2 online fee which makes it really annoying. The area is safe
