SoHi Townhouse

Great location being in a calm neighborhood near RWJMS. Also great living around many of my friends from school. My apartment was renovated and has a very live-able kitchen, bedroom, appliances, and space to relax. Only problem is the lack of ceiling lighting throughout the place.

Loved living in this sohi apartment for 4 years. The landlord (Jeff) lived here when he was an RWJ student, completed pediatrics residency here, and is now a pediatrics attending in the area. Because Jeff lived here during training, there are various improvements over the standard society hill apartment that were made over the years - including many bookshelves in the living room area which has been great for displaying books, pictures and other fun items to decorate the place! The apartment also has sunlights which are wonderful for days where you are home studying and is across the street from one of the tennis courts. Pet friendly.

Great location- quiet suburbs but close to their students so you always see classmates on walks.
Receptive landlord but won’t really update anything unless you ask first. An older apartment with a few kinks but spacious and reasonable rent.
Relatively private backyard with patio.

Spacious townhouses near many other medical students. Plenty of outdoor space, well maintained green spaces, multiple tennis courts, and there is an outdoor pool.

Great location close to the medical school (<5mins) and hospital (~10 minutes). Very suburban, nothing in walking distance.

In pretty good condition, but definitely outdated. The landlord has a management company that helps run our apartment and it makes it very easy to get things done when needed.

Great landlords, very responsive if anything comes up. Extra space then normal Society Hill apartments, has 2 large indoor storage closets.

My roommates and I lived here all 4 years of medical school and we have so many amazing memories. It is a 2 min drive from the medical school and a 10 minute drive from the hospital parking deck. Very convenient and safe location near other students.

513 Sheffield Court is a townhouse located in Society Hill, a large complex of homes about a 5-minute drive from the medical school. The home is spacious, with a large living room and dining room, kitchen with dishwasher, and in-house washer/dryer. The community is friendly, full of graduate students and families. Overall, I am grateful that I spent 3 of 4 years of medical school in this apartment.
