Good for the Price
The price is right, and it is close enough to campus that I can walk in about 25 minutes. The main problem is that the unit has not been renovated in quite some time, and it shows. This is technically a condo complex, and many of the owners rent their individual units out through various managing companies. So, I know many of the other units look really nice inside because they were recently renovated.
