Good student living at the price

An older complex. Thin walls can be an issue depending on the neighbors. Workable kitchen and closet space. Small back porch. Private bathrooms. In unit washer and dryer rented from complex. Management takes pest management very seriously, no problems thusfar. Within walking distance of campus if you don’t mind the hill.
