Fallyn

The Fallyn has been incredible to live in. It is definitely on the pricey side, but realistically it is not much more expensive than the Broadview but it is much nicer. It is only one block further walk than the Broadview, and my apartment has ample space. The roof top is one of my favorite places to study and they have study spaces/office rooms on floor 1. The rent includes the gym with Pelatons and the pool which is on floor 7 and there is a bar and restaurant right there with waitresses serving. Floor to celing windows, glass walk in showers, and so much sunlight. I live with one roommate and our flat rent is $3675/mo but with electricity, water, wifii, parking (all in) it is just under $4000...about $3950. The people I know living in the Broadview pay $1800 a month each, so this ultimately is not much more for the difference in niceness in my opinion. Great location for any of Vandy's graduate programs. Closets are all very spacious. Can get loud on weekends, as windows are seemingly thin and I feel like I can sometimes hear noise from the hall. Never have seen a bug in 5 months. Lobby always smells so good. Cleaners constantly in building cleaning elevators, hallways, etc. Front desk concierge 24/7. No one can just scan to your floor without having a key fob for your exact floor. Feels very secure.

No real issues other than sometimes the music at the pool can be kind of loud in the living room but it has never interrupted or disturbed my sleep at all. Only a couple floors up from it

The building is nice but the worst part is the elevators are slow and you’ll often wait 5 mins for an elevator in the mornings and evenings.

Proximity to Owen can't be beat and the apartment has great amenities. The apartments have optimal layouts and there's so much sunlight. Only caution is it can be noisy on the weekends if you face the pool if you are sensitive to sound.

The building is very well maintained. Common areas are kept very clean, maintenance is attentive to issuers quickly, and both the leasing office and management are helpful for any issues. I have absolutely no complaints.

I have loved living at Fallyn so far during my time in Nashville. The staff was so nice during my initial tour, and they have been attentive and consistent since then. They made the move-in and transition process so smooth, even letting us reserve an elevator to make the process quicker. I have only had one maintenance request for something minor, and it was fixed within 24 hours. Having a concierge around the clock is so helpful for deliveries and the small things and the pool area is so amazing. There is an occasional DJ or live guitar singer at the pool during the day on Saturdays that can be heard from some of the lower floor units facing the pool, but not overly loud. I sometimes will open my balcony to hear the music, but if I turn on the TV I cannot hear it at all over that noise.

It’s pretty good. I feel very safe. Only Valerie thing is parking gate is constantly broke and other residents never throw out recycling so it builds up next to the chute

The experience so far has been great! You really get what you pay for and it is in a great location.

Love the floorpan except the closet is small.
Lots of lounge/ study areas in the apartment.
Quick response on maintenance request, great concierge services.
There are some noise toward facing pool area, but better if you are facing outward.

Lovely apartment with a great view, a short walk to VUMC/VUSM, and very strong safety features. Adjoined with a 5-star hotel managed by the same company, so nice amenities :)
