Pretty Good
It's in a very quiet neighborhood, good if you need to do late night studying. Grocery is a little far if you don't have a car. Straight shoot on the bus to campus.

I love my 1 bed/1 bath apartment! It's spacious and pet-friendly, walkable to campus, and has free parking and laundry, a private entrance, hardwood floors, a gas stove with plenty of counter space, plus lots of natural light. Plus it's within 3 blocks of Burns Park!
