Adorable house on State St
LOVE THIS APARTMENT! Wood floors, plenty of light, lots of windows, quiet, great neighborhood, good price, tons of basement storage, responsive landlord, garage in the back, heat paid for. Only possible downside is that you can't control heat. Kitchen is also on the small side.
