Good price compared to other properties near this location, but still incredibly overpriced, just like every single thing in Ann Arbor. It is also very rare to find a place that can park 5 cars without blocking anyone in, especially in Kerrytown. Landlord is good with communication, and not some monster that owns a hundred properties in town. He is very fair and reasonable. House is well maintained. About an 8 minute walk from the bus stop.
