Great apartment, but a little far!

Shoal Creek is fantastic for the price - lots of space, pool, tons of parking, quick and responsive maintenance. It is out on the East Side of Athens, which is the only downside. It usually takes around 15 minutes to get to/from campus, but with traffic can take closer to 25-30 minutes. You are still walking distance/very close to restaurants, grocery stores, etc.
