Basements are good
We love the close location, cutting down on commute time and costs. The place is well loved and very old. The floor plan is weird, but we make it work for us. The landlords are amazing. We have an older couple as opposed to a management company. The neighborhood is walking distance not only to campus, but to a variety of shops and restaurants nearby.
