Great Value in a Perfect Location
My apartment is spacious and has a great amount of natural sunlight and storage space. It is extremely close to the 40th Street trolley station and steps from Penn's campus. I absolutely love my place and its perfect balcony that I read and enjoy when the weather permits.
My issues with the apartment is that I have seen 2 mice and a couple of cockroaches, but the leasing company has always sent an exterminator right away that seems to help. The weather is likely the cause for pest wanting to come inside. The building could use a little TLC, but it is still filled with charming original hardwood floors and crown molding.
It is a great apartment. I have lived here for 3 years and will not move until I graduate. It is a great value in the perfect location.
