Great apartments overall
The perks of the apartments: they are located in the commons, so you're within walking distance to all of the bars and restaurants. The bus stop is downstairs, so getting to school is easy. The apartments are reasonably priced, and some of the views are beautiful.
The downside: the apartments facing the street are very loud. The walls between the bedrooms are really thin, so you'll hear your neighbors. There are also a lot of homeless people in the area, and they can get pretty loud at night.

Good apartment, very convenient for getting to and from Sage. Close to the Commons for food and drinks. Also, good for pet owners.

Cayuga Place Review
Good location with perfect connections

Roomy but older
After a particularly rocky move in experience, living at Cayuga Place has been mostly positive. Management was initially prickly and now very responsive to maintenance requests. Washer/dryer can be rented in unit. Parking garage is located within a few minutes walk to provide parking options for residents with cars.

Spacious place to stay in the Commons
I enjoy living here, management is very responsive (we had some issues during move in due to a miscommunication with prior tenants) and was able to address all of our needs. The apartment is right next to a main TCAT and commuter (i.e. Greyhound) but stop. You have an option of an in unit washer/dryer otherwise there's laundry in the basement.

Quiet building at convenient location
Love my apartment in Cayuga Place because of the convenience of the bus and the quietness. Most residents here are professors or graduate students. Management is always very responsive to my questions and requests. Location is convenient to downtown for food and as well as cheap parking close by.

Great location and value; pet friendly
The location is great and more affordable than CTT. We love the floor to ceiling windows and the fact that the apartment is pet friendly. Management can be a little slow to respond sometimes, but overall they have been helpful and we have had no issues. Great proximity to the bus stop on Green St. as well as the Commons with restaurants, nightlife, etc. Some of the fixtures are older than in other complexes (the building is about ten years old) but everything is in good shape. There is no gym and storage/closet space is limited.

Excellent property at an amazing location and price
The apartment has a fantastic location with all the restaurants less than 5 minutes away. The bus stop is right outside the building so that you do not have to walk in the cold weather.
