Beautiful apartments in bustling neighborhood
The one bedroom apartment I share with my boyfriend is spacious and open with a space for a home office. Neighbors are friendly and maintenance staff is quick and efficient. Location is close to bars and restaurants as well as public transit. Definitely a must see!

A lovely building, but Comcast has officially taken over the city!
While the staff are quite friendly and the amenities (especially the pool) aren't too shabby, the constant racket from the Comcast production is a bit ridiculous. I have to use multiple curtains to block out the perpetual light shining off of the building. And I don't think they will be finished any time soon.

Great new amentities
The rooftop pool and brand new gym and business center are absolutely gorgeous! Love the rooftop firepits and outdoor tvs and grills! However, the renovated units are way above my price range. They are increasing the prices drastically after renovating, and there is still a ton of construction occuring behind us as they build the comcast building.

Great Experience
I have lived here for almost a year now and you cannot beat the location! I have not had any major issues to report which is pretty surprising for an apartment in Philadelphia. The rooftop patio is the best part, offers jaw dropping views. The only downside is that the walls are thin so you can sometimes hear what is going on in the apartment next door.

The best value in Center City by far
Nowhere else in Center City will you get a luxury building with the amenities included for this rental price. It's an absolute steal. A 4 minute walk to Rittenhouse Square, sandwiched right in the middle of 30th Street station for the buses and Amtrak, the Filbert Street bus stations, and the Suburban train station. One block away from the Trolly which takes you to campus in 15 minutes flat. The location is extremely convenient for restaurants, bars, street events, public transportation, everything.

Good value, near the Trolley
Very large floor plans, generous closet space. Newly renovated gym and social lounge and roof deck and pool.
Cons: elevators sometimes slow or not all are functioning. Sometimes false fire alarms go off, the building really needs to fix that. Otherwise, I am happy here, my roommate and I got one of the cheaper apartments because they are phasing in renovations. The other , more modern floors now are renting out for more.
I like being near the 19th and Market trolley, it goes to school very fast.

Good Value
The apartment is undergoing renovations so things may be different in the next year or so. Overall, my experience has been quite good. The apartment is GIGANTIC and the rent is not that expensive. The amenities, especially the rooftop pool and the gym, are relatively new and really nice. The newer units are much nicer but also more expensive. The management company is quite responsive to maintenance and other requests. My only complaint is that we live in an old apartment unit so oftentimes even though things get fixed immediately, they inevitably break again.

Great Location
Can't beat the location of this apartment. They are installing lots of improvements like a roof top pool and social deck which is great. They are also putting in a coffee shop and restaurants which will be nice. Very close to public transportation. My only compliant comes from management. They decided to remodel our floor so we had to move. They were helpful with the move but I wish they told us this was a possibly when we signed the lease. Their was a sentence in the lease that made it legal for them to do so but it was bad practice for sure. I would still recommend for a great apartment in center city.
