Quiet, "Luxury" In Name only, Lots of Pests (Roaches & Rats)

I think the unit is fine, it is spacious and quiet. The front desk staff is nice, but this complex has a massive pest problem (including rats and roaches). I have had roaches in my apartment since I moved in with little to no help from management/pest control. The appliances are fairly old, but it's good bang for your buck if you don't mind having frequent pests sightings (again, I had roach sightings on a weekly basis well into November). Maintenace comes out but sometimes very rudely and without announcing themselves, but they'll fix your issues (aside from pests) within 2-5 days. Your pay a LOT for trash (about $40 for valet trash removal and just trash in general).

Better Budget Options

Poor experience from the start of the application process. Limited communication from management through the application process and unresponsiveness has continued through current stay. Floorplans are spacious with a patio but that is the only upside. Old units with outdated HVAC systems. Much better value at similar price points is 5 mins away from the South Square area.

Good place for a grad student, very affordable

The Arium is a great, affordable option for any grad student. The room is spacious enough for a full bed, desk, and furniture. The living space is also nicely sized. Make sure to get an option with in-unit laundry, and ask for details about remodeling in the unit--you can specify that you're looking for certain things, like non-carpet floors, large cabinets, etc. The management is very responsive as well, especially with maintenance requests. Try and request a unit that is above the subterranean level, which doesn't get much sunlight.

A Difficult Time

I thought Arium Pinnacle Ridge would a great place to stay, but it honestly wasn't really worth the great deal. The people who work the front desk have no idea what's going on, and honestly should be fired. My apartment constantly got pests, and management never took care of them thoroughly. Not a lot of sunlight either.

Inexpensive with good property management and lots of trees

If you don't need something fancy, and want to live just as close to campus as 9th street dwellers, consider Arium Pinnacle Ridge. It is filled with nice trees, has a dog park, great responsive management team, and

Great value

Reasonably sized/appointed apartment but nothing fancy -- dishwasher, washer/dryer, deck included.
Very close to bus stop to local university.
Safe location (gated community), close to shopping.
Responsive management.
Nice amenities (pool, hot tub, sports court, dog park, gym) at no extra cost.
Reasonable rent.

One Bedroom at Arium Pinnacle Ridge

Overall, I really enjoy living here. The rent is in my range, and I have plenty of space in my one bedroom. The management is extremely responsive to maintenance requests--things are almost always fixed next day. My only complaint is poor floor insulation. I'm on the ground floor, and I hear noise from the apartment above. I don't share any wall with anyone so noise from adjacent units are not an issue, just from above.
