Not bad, but they keep raising the price
Even split between students and families. Has small gym space and a really nice pool area. Lots of shade and trees, animal friendly and convenient location near Target, movie theater and other shopping. My apartment has an older style in terms of cabinets and appliances, but there are different levels of "trim" since they renovate apartments individually, so modernization varies even though floor plan is the same.

Arium Pinnacle Ridge is a Good Value
My wife and I have had a good experience at Arium Pinnacle Ridge. It is quiet and safe. Management is friendly. Neighbors are respectful and either professional or graduate students (lots of Duke Law students). There are plenty of nearby residential areas to walk our dog. The amenities (pool, tennis court, and gym) are nice. Short, easy commute to Fuqua. Best of all, the price is really good. One of the only downsides is that there are hardly any other Fuqua students that live here. So, it can feel a bit separated from the Fuqua community. But, overall, I think it is a really good value.
