Love this place!
I have nothing but positive things to say about presidential Towers. I have lived here since 2011, and I continually renew my lease. I am now engaged, and my Fiancé moved in with me. She fell in love with it just as much as I did. We are planning on having kids, and plan on raising them here in presidential Towers! Absolutely love this place :-)

Living at PT- Great Value
I enjoy living at Presidential Towers. Some residents complain about slow elevators or uncomfortable hallway smells, though I've had none of these issues. Management is friendly and helpful, my floor is very quiet, the lobby smells fresh and inviting, we have plenty of space, and I've never waited more than a minute for an elevator. PT is very convenient with respect to transit and industry, though stores and restaurants close early because it's in the West Loop. I plan to live at PT for at least a couple more years.

Run for your life
This apartment complex draws you in with its low rent price, but then you realize you get absolutely nothing for what you pay. In addition to the rent you pay, you pay for all your utilities (water, gas, electricity, internet, cable, laundry, parking). The doormen are there 24/7 but they will not let you pick up packages unless the in house dry-cleaners are open. The parking lot is owned by standard parking, but they rent out more monthly spots than there are physical parking spots, which leads to daily illegal parkers blocking other cars in. The lot also does not close once it is full because it also serves as the parking lot for FFC and the other storefront businesses. Management is not accommodating, does not fix broken things, does not treat your time or home with respect. The neighbors are also loud and rude. Many people smell like body odor. Those with small children allow them to bang on walls and drop ping pong balls on the floor above you all night long. Management does not care about noise complaints.

Amazing place to live
Living at Presidential towers is so convineant especially because I work in the Downtown. FFC gym is just below the apartments. There are lot of places to eat.
The only problem is th mailing system of the presidential towers. You cannot collect the mails before they mail you . And because of which ordering with amazon prime is of no use, because you would not be able to collect the mail the same day it is delivered. Plus they have weight restrictions with package delivery. More than 70 lbs packages are returned back.

Good Location
The apartment is good as its near to your work place. But the experience here is horrible. From maintenance to cleaning services, every person doesn't know how to talk to you. I wouldn't recommend you to stay here except if you want to save time on your commute.

Location is the Only Advantage
Well, I do not have to commute for work and that is the only advantage I get by living in Presidential Towers. The management is not so good. Mail system is a total crap. I was expecting a package (had ordered that from Amazon) and never got it. Instead, I got a package that was addressed to someone else.

Presidential Towers- Great Location
The apartment is good except for the mail room service. Its horrible as you dont get your packages on time. So technically it doesn't matter wether you have an Amazon prime account or not, you won't get your package on time. And the management will say they are improving but they dont.

Great Location
I personally love the location of the Presidential Towers. I work in the loop and have a short walk or bus ride. Very well done apartment, high quality vibe, and a high class building experience as a whole. I plan to rent here again next year if I can.

Best location in downtown
Presidential tower is the best tower in Downtown area, it is centrally located, with food outlets like Mariano, McDonald, close connectivity to Union station, CTA buses and train nearby. Apartment had Walmart before, but now it is closed. Walmart was really good, it should open again. PT management & security service is really good. 24 hours maintenance is very convenient. Overall PT is best place to live in downtown.

Great place to live
I've been here for a year. It is a good experience, the place is always clean, my neighbors never bother me. The wall-mart is 24 hours, which I can say is the best of all, always saves me. I only had one problem with a package but it was during Christmas time so I understand it was a crazy season. I would recommend living there
