Presidential Towers reviews and highlights
- very convenient amenities
- great location near Union station
- well-maintained and clean building
- modern and updated appliances and rooms
- beautiful views of the skyline
- gym and Walmart right in the building
- slow elevators during peak times
- friendly staff
- a little pricey with a lot of extra fees
Best Place to Live
This is the most convenient place to live if you work in downtown. Very near from my office just 4 blocks so its little easy in winters and you get more time rather than spending time in travelling. metra station for travelling suburb, walmart & FFC

Good spot
Close to the loop, has sunlight. Nice amenities (outdoor shared deck, restaurants, grocery store and gym with pool accessible from inside the building, (but you have to pay a hefty membership for the gym in addition to rent). Responsive staff.

Presidential Towers Review
Excellent location, superb maintenance and overall great place to live. The building is only a five minute walk to Union Station, two minute walk to Ogilvie Train Station, and five minute walk to Whole Foods and Marianos. Additionally, appliances and rooms are updated and modern. Also, it is incredibly convenient to have a dry cleaners, Wal-Mart, FFC and Thai Food place attached to the building. Only downside would be the slow elevators during busy periods (before and after work hours- 9am and 6pm).

Great starter apartment
We have enjoyed our time in P-Towers. It is a pet friendly building near a ton or restaurants, grocery stores and public transportation. That staff is very friendly and always prompt in responding to any questions or maintenance problems that come up.

Amazing Views, but no amenities
The leasing process was very easy and quick. It didn't take long for everything to be ran, receive my welcome letter and schedule my move-in. My apartment had been recently renovated so it's beautiful and the views are amazing. I work close so the commute to work is a breeze. The grocery store at the bottom is awesome...and having 24 hour access is even better. There aren't any amenities other than the grocery store. There is a gym in the building but it is insanely expensive. Overall, pretty great place to live.

Presidential Towers
It has been just an okay experience. The building is nice just not very practical. It takes way too long to get to my room. The location is very convenient being so close to Union Station and there is a mini-Walmart inside the building which is super nice.

Great location for a student
The Presidential Towers in Chicago are not the cheapest place to rent, but the location is perfect. It is right next to the Metra train station, and only a few blocks away from the 'L' train, which makes it perfect for a student studying in Chicago, IL.

One of the better places just outside the West Loop
I've lived here for more than a year. Maintenance staff is friendly. The best part about this is the constant lively lobby, with lots people all the time and plenty of time to socialize or simply bump into friends now and then.
Views from certain floors and directions are spectacular.
A little pricey but if you like proximity to Metra to work in the burbs, as well as walkable to downtown, this isa good option.
Can find roommates very easily.
