Everything I Need
Overall, I have had a very good experience at Medical Center Court for the last 4 years. Zontise Springer (apartment manager) is so sweet and very accommodating. I have been able to negotiate carpet cleaning and floor changes upon renewing my lease. The appliances and some of the AC units are pretty old, but they work! Good amount of closet space. You share the washer/dryer with the other tenets in the building, but I have never had a problem being able to do laundry when I want to. There is no covered parking, my car has survived. They do a good job of taking care of the outdoor areas during all seasons.

Med Center Court
Location is great, if you want to be close to the hospital! Pretty quiet. Staff is very responsive to maintenance requests. I wish there was central AC (there's a unit in the living room and in the larger bedroom; my room just gets hot in the summer without it). I also would appreciate more windows! The fitness center isn't great - one treadmill, a bench, some dumbbells - so I typically go to a campus gym still.

Good Location
The proximity to the medical school and other students is very good. Apartment is well kept and management is responsive. Rent is a little on the high side

Very affordable housing
When I first walked into the apartment, I was underwhelmed. It’s not a modern apartment nor has it been remodeled. But for the low price of rent (when split between two roommates) and it’s close proximity to the school and other med students, it has been great. Now it feels like home and I’m glad to be here, no regrets!

Great place!
Convenient, close to the hospital and medical school. A lot of medical students live here. Quiet, safe.

Great location
I love my apartment! Management is professional and quick to fix any issues, we were able to paint and that really makes our apartment feel like home. My only complaint is that the heating is old and so sometimes noisy. All in all a good value for the cost.

Close but no Cigar
Overall, the experience at MCC is fine. Nothing particularly notable. The maintenance team is usually very responsive. Less so after COVID. I think we pay way too much rent for the quality of the apartments and amenities and will be moving either way this summer to start 4th year. Proximity to the hospital is a key draw for the clinical year. Gym has been closed since March with no apparent plan to reopen.
