Great Building... Cheap finishes
The building overall is fairly nice. The apartments are generously sized with large closets and large kitchen spaces and floor to ceiling windows. That beings said, there are very cheap finishes. The shapes are those small cheap metal blinds. The doors to closets are basically thick plywood accordion doors. The gym machines are outdated (there are no Peletons). The maintenance team is incredible though and the elevators are very efficient and quick!

Expensive but worth it
It's expensive but management is responsive and if you have a problem in the unit, it will get fixed within hours.

Overpriced and Underserviced
Egregious rent for living in a glorified form with a completely incompetent management team. Door people don’t take packages, finding your package in the room take 30 minutes +, trash chute is out of commission for 1/4 the year, extremely loud due to paper thin / cheap walls, etc etc. Worst of all, management actually tried increasing my rent $900 PER MONTH upon renewal. Extremely disappointing experience, and I can’t wait to move out. I hope students find alternative housing going forward and this building finally pays the piper.

Nicer apartment than pretty much any other building, all things considered. Amazing location and great to be in the same building as so many of my friends. Wildly overpriced. Management can be annoying. Easily the best building for a Wharton student, if money isn't an issue.

Good, with room for improvement
Love the apartment space, but think it is a bit pricey given location (somewhat unsafe at night, more noticable homeless population within ~0.5 blocks of entrances), noise level (always pretty active common spaces given Wharton-oriented building), and amenities (appliances, counters, blinds a bit dated compared to what I would expect at this price point)

Fitler Square Reviews
That being said I did notice that most students lived on the side of the school!
There are residents without housing in the neighborhood. They're good people and new residents should be respectful of them and their belongings.
