Note 16

I've lived here for going on 3 years and for a Belmont grad student it is perfect being this close to the campus. In addition, it is easy to get anywhere in Nashville. The management is great, and responds to requests very quickly.

Note 16

Note 16 is less than a ten minute walk from Belmont, which is something that drew me to the apartment. I was very hesitant on the price of this apartment because usually I am very frugal, but coming from out of state, I didn't know the area nor anybody, which made it difficult to commit to a roommate or housing far from Belmont. I would say that I am paying for convenience, but with that being said, it's extremely nice to be able to walk to school and not have to worry about parking when it gets chaotic.

Note16 Experience

I've been here for half a year and I really like it so far! Management is friendly and during COVID-19 they've kept it very clean. It's close to everything I need, a 7-10 minute walk from Belmont, 15 minutes away from Vanderbilt and the VA. And close to the restaurants in these areas too. Food delivery service usually has an easy time getting to our apartment after entering our code to get through the front door.

However the elevator is relatively slow and I find the stairs a little creepy at night so I usually use the elevator when I get home. Not a lot of people use the elevator at 10pm so it actually comes to me quickly, but don't be surprised if it takes a bit when you're heading out at around 8am like everyone else (stairs are not as creepy at this time though).

They allow pets for a fee. Sometimes I can hear students practicing their instruments through the walls (I don't mind but others might).

Solid Place if A Little Pricey

Super good experience overall. Great location in a quiet neighborhood that's super walkable to Vandy/VUMC/midtown/etc. Good amenities like the gym and the coffee machine (used daily by me).
There's definitely cheaper options but you pay for location.

Note 16

It's super close to campus, so I walk to and from school every day which is a great thing. The apartment managers are really helpful, you get free coffee, and there are a lot of great study locations. Maintenance is always on top of everything, and I have had no problems living in the building.

About Edgehill

If you ain’t nothing but a hound dog… Music Row could be just the place for you. That is an Elvis reference, of course. A fitting introduction for Music Row, as he did record over 200 songs here at RCA Studio B, which would be a great place to take your friends and family for a tour, as they trickle...

Midtown is a great location! Being close to campus and the bar/restaurant scene is great for your 20's. I highly suggest it.
Young professional neighborhood with closeby restaurants, coffee shops. Walkable to campus
You're so close to so many areas. You can walk to Hillsboro, Midtown, Edgehill, Demonbreun, and if you really want, the Gulch. 12 south, 8 south, and downtown are also really accessible.
Short walk to school, safe neighboorhood, good food nearby, shopping is great. Easy to walk anywhere, 10-15 minute walk from almost anything.
Midtown is a young, lively, exciting place to live! There are lots of bars and restaurants as well as students!
It's relatively safe because it's close to Belmont and all the students are here.
Music Row is such a cool area to walk around and is fairly safe!
The neighborhood is fairly quiet, although there are plenty of occasionally rowdy Airbnb guests that roam the streets on the weekends. The street I live on is nice, but my roommate's car has been broken into twice.
