Good Apartments, Great Community Hub

The best part about Maplewood is that it's packed with people from Johnson. Whether you're walking to class or just grabbing a package from the leasing office, you'll run into a familiar face and it's super convenient to hang out with people.

Just be aware that the townhouse bedrooms are a bit on the small side and that heating/AC for those on the 3rd floor of larger townhouses is limited.

Enough for a couple years

Good value for the price you're paying (considering Ithaca prices). Horrible management (extremely disorganized and un-responsiveness). Furniture is provided, but furniture is not the best. Spaces are also vastly different dependent on the room you get (even though you pay the same as all roommates)

Maplewood

I live in a 3-bed 3-bath apartment in Maplewood. I found everything to be good, except for the lack of closet space. The best part is that the rent is cheaper compared to other options with this level of amenities.

Solid option

Solid option for price. Convenient that a lot of fellow classmates are also located here. Construction of apartment is cheap.
