Perfect location
Location is why I picked Aertson and it doesn’t disappoint. It’s more expensive than other apartments but worth it for the convenience and the amenities.

Convenient location but be wary
Pricey apartment given poor quality of materials and the fact that the building is now mostly rented by undergraduate students (you will hear your neighbors even at moderate sound levels). Much of the management team has changed over since we moved in (for the better) but we were initially promised that our building only allowed tenants 25 & up. Since then the rule has changed and the building is now more or less an undergraduate dorm.
The location is great, but I would not recommend for those with children or dogs (we have both). Also keep in mind that several spaces (pool, parking, and sometimes the elevator) are shared with the hotel. This can cause overcrowding especially on busy weekends.
Finally, the North Tower only has 2 elevators (neither of which is a service elevator). When one gets locked down either for a move in or hotel event, the wait can be upwards of 20 minutes. Stairs are available but not easily used given the building is 17 stories.

Great amenities, super close to hospital
Straight walk (past the Starbucks) to get to school / the hospital. Lots of perks and discounts and nearby shops and restaurants. Great community of mostly single young professionals; lots of residents, law students, and business students live here too.
