Great place to live
Very close to VLS. My apt is basically a two bedroom because the office is so large. Walk in closet and kitch island. Two parking spots. Mature crowd of ppl who live here

Location
Great location (and very cheap for the location, too). Keep in mind it is right on division so (at least from my apartment) you can hear the bachelorette buses driving by but I don’t mind the noise/it’s not THAT often. But location makes it convenient for when you want to go out on the weekends. It’s about a 8 minute walk to the law school. These apartments feel very homey and less like you’re staying in a hotel, which I love.

Does the Job.
A well-built, mostly quiet apartment complex with some quirks. Lacks some of the amenities that newer, larger complexes have, but make up for it with larger floor plans and cheaper rent than most places in the midtown area.

Great proximity to division street and campus
Good building with easy access to midtown restaurants on foot. Walk to school is 15 mins. Quiet community. Decent gym for a workout, but no power lifting bar; smith machine available.

Bristol on Broadway Condo
Great apartment that met my needs. Feels very spacious and open with lots of storage. Small, difficult to navigate garage with no guest parking, but an easy walk to campus for a good price. Division side of the building is on the party bus circuit so lots of noise on the weekends. Close to Midtown and Music Row, very convenient and walking-friendly

Close to campus, close to downtown, in the heart of Midtown - Not like a dorm
Bristol on Broadway is different from Bristol West End. As a student who took a few gap years, while West End seemed to have a more collegial atmosphere, I preferred having my own space and being more "downtown" while still being able to walk to school. West End is also more "dorm like", with the building manager there basically like an RA (fining for too many guests in the club house area, policing the pool, etc.) - basically you won't feel like you're in your late-20's which was a deal breaker for me. A city bus has regular service every 30 mins/1hr in front of the apartment to right outside the hospital. Building management can be a bit unhelpful with regards to noises, but keep the building clean and maintained. Apartment gym is adequate for daily fitness but if you're a gym rat, they only have a Smith press. Overall, fairly average place to live but given rent prices being inflated in Nashville, I couldn't complain. I've been happy here for a few years and really enjoy my living space.

Great location, far enough away close enough too
The apartment is a decent place to live. Compared to other options in the top 10% but there are some better options out there

Bristol on Broadway
Overall great building to live in! Fairly close to Vanderbilt and there is the 7 bus right in front of the apartment and the 3/5 bus is just a 2 minute walk (perfect for people who don't have cars). Hattie B's is close along with Chuy's and Chipotle if you need a quick meal. The apartment gym is great for light workouts and the lobby has decent space to study if you wanted a break from EBL/your apartment.

Good first real estate investment
A lot of work was needed on my apartment after purchase. Mostly minor and appearance things. Windows are primary issue as windows face Broadway and do not do a good job of reducing any road noise. Management is also very stern with rules and regulations and will give out fines of $250 at the drop of a hat.
