Convenient and Low rent

Woodbridge has a community type residences, has a bus stop near by (about 5 min walk) and the Campus Shuttle drops you just outside of Kelley. Very convenient and easy on the pocket compared to downtown residences.

Value for money residence

The good things about my apartment:
1) It is right in front of the bus stop from where I can take the bus to school, shopping malls, and downtown
2) Great location. It is not crowded. Every unit has a maximum of 4 units.
3) Friendly neighbors
4) Many international students stay here
5) No nonsense property management team
6) Prompt response to emergency and maintenance activities
7) Multiple tennis courts, swimming pools, and dog parks

The not so good thing about my apartment:
1) There is no washing machine at home, so you have to walk to the laundry room. The walk is not easy during winter
2) Unfurnished apartment - Only refrigerator and dishwasher provided by Woodbridge
3) No gym
