Blu on Farrington

The amenities are second to none. The pool has grills, lights, patio, turf, plenty of lounge space, and comes with lawn games (cam-jam, corn hole). The apartment frequently has community events. The parking is a giant lot, easy to find parking. The leasing office has free coffee, printer, scanner, computers. The commute to school is 12-15 min, and the average uber/lyft to Franklin is $10.

My fiancée and I moved from Colorado without even seeing the place before signing. The office is great to work with and the amenities are great for the price! with the building being relatively new, its like nobody has lived in our place before we moved in. The maintenance people are great and fix things quickly.

The Blu is a nice complex with a lot of parking. The pool area is great and there are numerous MBA students. The major downside is there really isn't anything to do in the area, and walking access is extremely limited.

I love living at Blu on Farrington. This is the best apartment around with the most up to date appliances. Most of the MBA students live here and I quickly made 30+ friends. I live in a one-bedroom apartment with tons of space. The amenities are wonderful- gym, pool, study room! The only problem is it's a 10-minute drive from campus, and if you want to go out on franklin street, you have to uber.
