Great (but expensive) option close to campus

Thirteen15 is a great place to live - the building was recently renovated, so it's very clean and all the units/appliances are new and updated. The in-unit washer/dryer is really a game changer. The best thing about the complex is that it is right next door to the Tulane downtown campus, so it's convenient. The building security is great and makes the place feel safe, despite the neighborhood. All of the staff are very friendly, and I've not had any problems with getting various issues resolved.

The downside is that it's very expensive. There are also not very many amenities (eg. no pool, no gym).

Thirteen15 is a solid option in terms of convenience.

Thirteen15 is a great option for someone looking for a convenient location to live while working/studying in the medical school. It is a thirty second walk to the school of medicine and as someone who needs to conduct research at odd hours it has been a great fit. It is well maintained and the staff are responsive and very friendly.

I think the pricing is high considering it is geared toward graduate students, for example I would not be able to afford a one bedroom on my own with my current university stipend and even renting a studio on my own would be pushing my budget. However understand that considering the location, utilities being included, and being fully furnished it is somewhat reasonable. In terms of amenities, Thirteen15 does not a have a gym or a pool, however you can purchase a fitness membership to TUFit across the street.

Overall I have satisfied living at Thirteen15 and would encourage that if people can swing it in their budget to check it out.
