City View Apartments
This is a new complex that opened in the summer of 2023. I had a bad experience in my previous apartment, and fortunately they had plenty openings for me to move in immediately. The leasing staff and maintenance crew are very responsive and helpful. The unit is absolutely lovely. While pricey, you are getting what you pay for. The appliances are also all new models (I.e. front load washer & dryer). I highly recommend living here, it’s also only about 10 mins from campus.
