Living in the infamous E2
While E2 is a great building that is very social for Kellogg students, I think it's over-priced for the value you get and there are a lot more options cropping up that are worth considering

Just live here
It's expensive. The building management can be challenging. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else.

Management is atrocious
The apartment is inconveniently located--far from both downtown Evanston and Kellogg in comparison to other apartments. Management is terrible and do not care for residents at all. Would not recommend.

Like E2. It's the best of the options...

Overpriced but Good Spot
It's a great building, but incredibly overpriced for what you get. I would only recommend living there if you can get a good deal on a unit; otherwise it's a waste of $$.

Not the best value but a fair choice
This was probably the "nicest" building in Evanston until that new Centrum building opened up. It's a great way to be in a building with lots of Kellogg folks. It is not a value rental. It is expensive. The management company has been unresponsive and rude at times. The internet can be pretty bad, and you are stuck with their crappy provider. Living on the fourth floor in the west tower has been particularly crappy, with lots of construction.
A fair review would note that they have improved with the rise of new luxury buildings in Evanston.

Recommend!
Great amenities, very social, the hub for Kellogg students. Only issue is that it is expensive.
If single, stay here - 100%.

Nice Place
The unit itself is very nice, the building has all kellogg students which is 100% the reason to live there, location is convenient to the hub but the management SUCKS and is a total mess

E2 - 3 bed 2 baths
Apartment is great and amenities are also great. 2 issues: the doors are super thing an sound isolation is definitely a problem; not cheap

Love building and amenities
I really love the building and all the amenities. The staff can be frustrating at times but you generally just have to be patient

Downtown Evanston Reviews
Cons: Long walk from the Global hub. Closest grocery store is Whole Foods, a bit of a hike to TJ's and Jewel.
