Great amenities, OK management, expensive
Amenities are great overall - nice pool, grill deck, cardio and weight rooms, indoor basketball court, and movie theatre. Management is generally kind and reasonable, but not immediately responsive. The rent is pretty hefty, but also affords you access to the amenities and puts you at the hub of a lot of the Kellogg social scene.

Live Here! Despite some frustrations with mgmt
Management is hard on Kellogg students, but doormen are friendly and helpful. I think it's the best place to live at Kellogg because of the convenience factor for studying and social gatherings.

Terrible leasing, great place to live
The leasing process was a nightmare.
Once you move in, It is a good place.

Few complaints - happy overall!
Generally happy in E2. Haven't had many issues since I moved in. The leasing process was TERRIBLE and the office was incredibly slow and very very frustrating, but that aside it's pretty good. Maintenance team is responsive and helpful. Recommend living on the East Tower - more convenient for packages, guests, and dog walkers. Main complaint is slow internet. Lots of dogs in the building and wish they had a fenced in dog run somewhere but plenty of grass around right outside.

Kellogg Community is Awesome!
Nice amenities with doorman, best part by far is the Kellogg community because the building is mostly students and many of the Kellogg events are held there. Building needs to allow Kellogg events because we make up the majority of the rent. A bit far from school

Good For Kellogg Students
This apartment is relatively expensive given the amenities and location. That being said, it's the best apartment in Evanston if you're looking for a location full of Kellogg students.

Very good
Unit, building, location, and amenities are all great - worth every penny. Management is pretty useless though. Quite incompetent and they send out way too many emails with no unsubscribe option.

Great for socializing
The amenities at E2 are great and it's a great place to live if you want to live in a more social, Kellogg environment. The pool and gyms are great to have as well as the study rooms. It's a little on the expensive side, but you are paying for the amenities and the ability to be surrounded by other Kellogg students. The management team is very friendly and the building overall is very secure, which was important for me living alone.

Downtown Evanston Reviews
Cons: Long walk from the Global hub. Closest grocery store is Whole Foods, a bit of a hike to TJ's and Jewel.
