Expensive... and not really worth the price
The building is comfortable and modern, but the price isn't entirely justified.

Up-to-date
Nice building, good amenities in the building and up-to-date appliances. Building has a gym and basketball court that is much more functional than an average high-rise gym. Management is easy to work with.

Good Unit, Inconsistent Management
Nice unit, building has good amenities but most are surface level, expensive, some staff here is good and some is very poor (overall, not great), management is hostile towards students

Street Level is nice
Great access to street level -- great that we have such easy accessibility. Location isn't the best but amenities at E2 are excellent. Though 1 of the bedrooms is the townhouse is quite small, the other two are spacious and have substantial closet space.

E2
The building is very new. While rent is high for the area and the units tend to be small, a ton of Kellogg people live here. The pool is fun during the summer.

All glitz but little substance
Great building but internet/elevators break regularly. Management is rude and unhelpful. Worth it for the social aspect but basically treated as bad as a NYC/SF tenant.

Best in Evanston but terrible staff
It's by far the nicest and most modern building in Evanston but the staff is not very friendly or helpful.
Elevators are constantly down and Internet tends to stop working regularly as well.

Pros:
Lots of other Kellogg students around
Cons:
Apartment is not well-designed (counters stain easily and kitchen sinks are not big enough)
. Too expensive.

Downtown Evanston Reviews
Cons: Long walk from the Global hub. Closest grocery store is Whole Foods, a bit of a hike to TJ's and Jewel.
