Amazing service and management. Always someone at the front to desk. Main tense issues resolved immediately.m, usually on the same day if not the next.

I absolutely love where I live!
I was super excited to come to DC and spent hours doing research into the best place for my partner and me! I found the Hamilton House and it changed my world. It had no such complaints, it was full of residents and even attendings, no reviews of these pests. It also looked very classy online plus the people who were helping us with answering everything were extremely friendly. So one of the residents who lived there sent me a video of one of the apartments (L-shaped studio) and I decided to sign before even coming in. Turns out it was the absolute perfect place for us! We have a 460 square foot place and it is just the right amount of room for everything we need. We even throw little parties and it seems to fit everyone very well.
Also, the front desk people have been there for 20+ years, they have so much pride in where they work and live. There is a mail room, a gym, a sauna, a pool during the summer, a roof with BBQs and incredible views, plus they throw cute little parties for us apartment residents. It may be a little pricey but guess what? It also includes washer, dryer, and dishwasher in the place! That with microwave, oven, and... fridge with ice maker! Its truly the best place I have ever lived.
Location is right between two of the most major metros in DC (Foggy Bottom/GWU -blue,orange,silver -and the DuPont stop -red line). The DC circulator which takes you to Georgetown for $1 stops right in front of the home. Its also right next to the DuPont farmers market (I go every Sunday I can). 10 min walk to GW or MFA. 10 min walk to TJs or Whole Foods. 2 min walk to CVS. 6 min walk to so many restaurants and DuPont Circle. We walk around the lovely cobblestone neighborhoods with rowhomes, its kind of ridiculous how beautiful it is and right next to like corporate feeling DC. Unfortunately, no pets allowed. Oh and parking is like $250/month, I think.

It’s expensive, but great place to live
Lived there for 3 years. Great apartment, very responsive and attentive staff. Downside would be the price and mediocre gym.

Excellent
This apartment has everything I want. Perfect location, walking distance to campus, lots of sunlight, well-maintained by the management, close to Red Line(DuPont Circle). It is very expensive, but you'll save on commute costs (around $100) and utilities($50). When I was choosing an apartment, my research showed me that considering the above factors, I actually will only spend $100 more per month, on less spacious floorplans. I don't care too much about quantity, but value a great deal the quality. That's why I chose Hamilton House.
