Management is very responsive and nice. Each and every communication is positive and effective. Facilities including gym, pool, barbecue, club house, playground, dog area.

This place is affordable, clean, updated and less than 10 minutes from school - but it is on the opposite side of school than the "typical" student housing options Station 9 and the like.

This apartment complex is perfect for the young professional/ grad student couple or room mates new to the RDU area. Good access to the highway and close to shopping. The pool is terrific and the dog park is good to socialize our new puppy. Rent could always be cheaper and could always be closer to the city but the community here is very nice.

Garrett West is nice but is lacking in certain amenities. The gym is very small and would do much better if it had additional workout equipment. The apartment itself is very nice, but there are a lot of bugs in our apartment, and very little storage space for a three bedroom.

A lot cheaper than apartments on Erwin Road. Great choice if you have a car.

Besides the social aspect of living in downtown, it's a great cost benefit. It's much cheaper to have a two bedroom apartment there than in other complexes in downtown. The big but is that it's not close to the parties and pre-game, so uber a lot. As anything in Durham, 6-8 minutes drive to Fuqua. Close to Harris Tetter, Target, Walmart and Chapel Hill.

Perfect for roommates, my apartment gives us plenty of shared living space while maximizing the distance between our private spaces. We have a ton of natural light and an updated, open floorplan. The gym is open 24 hours with a pool, grilling area, entertainment room, and computer lab. There are a good number of Fuquans that live here, but it's certainly not Station 9 on the socialability scale. Other plus: way closer to Target & Trader Joes/Whole Foods :)

Pros: quiet, grill at the pool, good neighbors, good maintenance.

Cons: away from grocery store (need a car)
